“It is my pleasure to recommend Colleen Flanagan. I was her instructor for the following certifications: Executive Certificate in Business Analytics (Spring 2026) and Fundamentals of Power BI (Spring 2026). Colleen has been a dedicated, self-motivated, hardworking and sincere student throughout the course and successfully completed all the certifications within the deadlines. She was a quick learner throughout the courses, followed instructions and achieved a strong foundation in analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Analytic Solver (Data Mining) and Excel Solver. Her class participation and assignments and project demonstrated technical excellence and proficiency in the course material. I am very happy with her overall performance in the course and believe she can be a positive asset to the respective academic program that she joins in the future.”

“Colleen was an amazing asset to our firm. Her communication skills and detail-oriented follow-through kept her on the front lines where the rubber hit the road. Client satisfaction was her byword. Her initial contact and data collection led straight through to project delivery; Colleen was there. No one caught the details and made sure the delivered materials met the client's needs like Colleen. That focus and level of detail was matched by her creative efforts from content development to final execution. Colleen was tops! Whether we were dealing with an architect's presentation of marketing materials or solving an ad agency's latest needs, Colleen was there. And her knowledge of graphic and web tools was the perfect complement to her MS Office skills.”
